The strong…

I’ve wanted a rugby shirt for a while, but I really needed a good reason to buy one. When my buddy Liam told me there is a rugby shirt out there that’s strong as an ox and inspired by our great outdoors I knew I had to jump on. I grabbed Polaris in an XL (usually size L, but go off their sizing chart for better reference) and I love it. The colors, the heft, the uniquely campy take on a sporty piece. No wonder the climbers of the 70s added this garment to their arsenal. I get compliments left and right on the streets and I’ve climbed with it, scraping and scratching it on the crag with not a sign of wear (yet). It’s a great shirt and piece of gear and I will be buying a shirt again when a colorway comes out reminiscent of some of my favorites that I was unfortunate enough not to know about at the time of release—the Rainier, Sequoia, and Zion (beautiful designs, just beautiful).
From a technical standpoint I recommend going up a size If you have a big wide back and shoulders, at least from my experience. That’s where I have found the most comfort.
Otherwise I have no notes, no guff to give.
Try not to get tired of seeing and hearing from me Withernot, because I’m sticking around.

Top quality

Love the quality and the build. I would go one size up, if you prefer a roomer fit.
