Fans of tough, durable, heavyweight rugby shirts know it’s been tough finding top-quality shirts in recent years. Familiar, online retailers such as Lands’ End and L.L.Bean used to sell this level of shirt, but stopped doing so years ago. Withernot, a burgeoning young company based in Raleigh, N.C., set out to do something about that.
