Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us at info@withernot.com or via Instagram direct message (@withernot).
Returns up to 14 days after delivery are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges get free return shipping, and are accepted up to 14 days after delivery.

Due to the limited edition nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same style in a different size by the time of your exchange request. We will do what we can to make sure you get the products you want/need!

Shirt orders that are worn cannot be returned.
Withernot reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unaltered
Withernot reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
We will not accept returns for custom orders.
If you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team who will assist you.
Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged or returned product.
Discounts cannot be applied to orders retroactively.
Pre-ordered products are excluded from discounts unless noted otherwise.
Any item bought on a "all sales final" sale is not eligible for return or exchanges.
