- Returns up to 14 days after purchase are eligible for a full refund
- Returns after 14 days are for store credit only, and exchanges are only made up until 30 days after purchase.
- Due to the limited edition nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same style in a different size by the time of your exchange request. We will do what we can to make sure you get the products you want/need!
- Shirt orders that are worn cannot be returned.
- Withernot reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
- All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unaltered
- Withernot reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
- We will not accept returns for custom orders.
- If you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team who will assist you.
- Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged or returned product.
- Discounts cannot be applied to orders retroactively.
- Pre-ordered products are excluded from discounts unless noted otherwise.
- Any item bought on a "all sales final" sale is not eligible for return or exchanges.
