Dope shirts, should fix buttons and cuffs

This is my 2nd Withernot rugby. They're sweet overall. Exactly what I was looking for - heavy rugby, oversized fit (I'm 6'0 180 lbs wearing size L). Some details that I think could be fixed:
- Rubber buttons: I think they're softer on the 2nd rugby I got. Annoying to get through the tight buttons holes that also had loose threads in them when brand new (buttons get caught on the threads). I'll cut out the threads but no one likes a floppy, limp button.
- Sleeve cuffs are too tight
- I think sleeves should be shorter too but don't really mind them bunching up at the bottom.

Also would like to see non-white collars. White collars stain too easily.
